  • Mickaël began his career in recruitment. He swiftly honed his expertise through roles at various digital firms before joining pure player Voyages-sncf.com, where he was in charge of the recruitment strategy and employer branding aimed at engineers. He joined Meetic in 2018 as Head of Human Resources and Recruitment. In 2020, he was appointed Director of Human Resources.

  • Christophe Ozimek holds a Master’s degree in Physics from the Paris 6 University. He joined the Meetic group in 2009 as Director of IT Operations. He has been CIO since August 2015. Christophe Ozimek began his career in IT consulting, mainly for Telco and web clients. He then spent 7 years acquiring extensive technical experience, moving from the role of IT consultant to IT Operations Director at AOL in 2006.

  • After graduating from Ecole Polytechnique in 1998, Matthieu Jacquier went on to complete a Master of Science at Stanford University (USA), followed by an MBA at Sciences Po. He focused on products and innovation at SFR and Coyote Systems, and then specialised in digital strategy through various roles within the SNCF group. He joined Meetic Europe as Chief Product & Customer Officer in 2017, and then became CEO in March 2019.

  • Marc began his career in banking and subsequently worked as a consultant at Deloitte, where he provided risk management advice to asset management firms. He joined Meetic in 2012. He implemented control processes and tools aligned with the demands and fast pace of a tech company. In 2019, he was appointed Director of Audit & Compliance for EMEA-APAC, with specific oversight of the group’s Japanese subsidiary. He assumed the role of FP&A lead in 2021 and was named Chief Financial Officer of the Meetic Group in 2023.

  • With over 20 years’ experience in marketing, Céline has worked in the FMCG and pure play sectors, on both the B2C and B2B sides. In 2011, she joined the Photobox group to boost its growth in Europe, and then LesFurets.com, as Chief Marketing Officer. Céline has a strong track record in developing digital strategies, brand equity, innovation and the customer experience.

  • Thomas graduated from Rennes School of Business with a Master’s Degree in Management of New Technologies. In 2011, he joined Meetic’s technical teams as part of the initiative to modernise and transform information systems and development methodologies following the merger with Match. After holding various management positions within R&D management, he became VP of Engineering in October 2014, when he took on the responsibility of overseeing all IT developments for applications and websites. In 2022, he became General Manager for the Hawaya brand, a matchmaking application for single Muslims. Then in February 2023, he was appointed Chief Technology Officer of the Match Group.

  • Céline Mutz holds a DEA in Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and an LL.M. from the Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich. She started her career as a lawyer at the Paris Bar. After 11 years spent in law firms, she joined the corporate world in 2014 at Demandware. She joined the Match Group in 2017 as General Counsel EMEA and was appointed General Counsel EMEA-APAC in 2018.

  • Gabrielle graduated from the ESIEE school of engineering and obtained a Master’s degree in digital communication from Sciences-Po Paris. She worked in digital portals and search services at MSN and then at LeGuide.com. She joined the SNCF group in 2011 and contributed to the launch of its Digital Strategy Department in 2014, when she was Director of Innovation and Digital Transformation Programmes. In 2019, Gabrielle joined the Meetic group as Chief Product and Customer Officer.

  • Alistair Shrimpton joined Meetic as Managing Director of UK Operations in 2007. He is now responsible for managing key strategic partnerships in Europe and leads European M&A activities. Earlier in his career, he was the UK Managing Director for Skype, having first moved into the internet world in 1999 as Managing Director of Internet Recruitment for Jobline.
